I'm usually a review reader and not so much a review writer, but I just had the absolute worst experience at this restaurant I felt compelled to write this review. If I could give 0 or less stars I would. The sushi is absolutely awful. The waitresses and managers are completely inept to handle a simple, respectful complaint. Yelling, and defensive. Tried to pull one over on us on the bill afterward. And took our picture as we were leaving like an intimidation tactic (All because of an off-tasting sushi roll and $4!!) My mind is blown that a restaurant could possibly function like that. That's probably why there was not a single other soul eating there the entire time we were there. With all of the other Chinese and sushi restaurants in the area, DO NOT eat at the Lucky Inn.

When we walked in at 7pm on a Friday and it was empty, I was concerned. But this is place is going to be our new place. The food was delicious, better sushi than we've had in a while, and the service was a lot better than what other people have talked about here. I'm looking forward to our next visit!

Ordered almost $40 worth of food. Used the online coupon for a free California roll but when the food arrived there was no California roll. When I called to let them know I was told they didn't give it to me because I was already getting a buy one roll get the 2nd half off special (which has nothing to do with what their coupon says). If I spend $30 or more and use a coupon for a free roll, I expect the restaurant to uphold the offer.
The least they could have done is call me and let me know they weren't going to honor it instead of basically ignoring it. I would've canceled the order if I knew this was going to happen.
I'll never give them my business again. Terrible customer service. -

I sent my food back because it was boiled and inedible and the server started yelling at me when I got up to leave she spit at me and the had the audacity to ask if I would pay her a tip
